Custom & Personalized Soy Candle
Personalized soy candle is a unique addition to your interior design. The ordering process is simple:
1.Choose a candle color that will perfectly match the character of your interior.
2.Then, choose a fragrance that will make every moment spent in the room take on a new dimension.
3.When placing your order, send us a graphic in png,jpg or jpeg format that personalizes your candle - it can be your favorite quote, graphic or logo.
4.After placing your order, we will send the design of your personalized candle to the email address you provided when placing your order. Once you accept the visualization, we proceed to process your order.
5. Once we receive your order, all that's left to do is to enjoy your unique 180ml soy candle, which will provide up to 40 hours of relaxation.
However, we keep in mind that the waiting time for personalized orders may be longer.
Our soy candle is:

Fragrance:
Our soy candle extremely subtly envelops the space with your favorite scent, which is great for celebrating the unique moments. We have a variety of fragrance notes, ranging from floral, fruity, but also woody, oriental or leather.
Ecology:
First of all, when you buy our soy candles, you are making a conscious choice and supporting the protection of the environment, as they are biodegradable and this means that they do not generate unnecessary waste. Thus, while enjoying a beautifully scented candle, you are also taking care of the health of our planet. Secondly, they are a healthier alternative to traditional paraffin candles, which often emit harmful chemicals.
Production process:
For the manual production of our soy candle, we use our exclusively organic, chemical and solvent-free (HEXAN) and unmodified soy wax. Thanks to this, our product burns in a completely safe way, moreover, more slowly and pleasantly compared to paraffin, this allows you to enjoy its phenomenal glow for many hours.
Ingredients:
100% soy wax; undyed, organic, HEXAN and GMO-free, vegan. Cotton wick coated with vegetable wax.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 2-5 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
